simplifying to have more free time to be with them and help them in

I am going on my 8th year in business, and my negotiable lease (5 yr
term - great landlord) is up in May 2009. He is aware of my intent to
sell and is willing to work with the right buyer on a new or extended
lease. Great location. FREE parking with a huge parking lot adjacent to
a busy restaurant and hair salon.
We also provide event and portrait photography as the Zooms part. This
is not a part of the sale - I can continue to run this part if
required. My ideal situation (although I am open to many solutions) is
to sell the flower shop and be available to train, come in and help for
holidays and event work (or on call part time as needed including being
available for consultations and deliveries), and stay on as the staff
photographer (by appointment only)

customer service, fresh quality product and outstanding designs. I can

accounts and big accounts that use us for their events.

inventory (lots of holiday stuff and rental items for weddings and
events), a delivery van, three coolers, computer, database of names,

I currently have two very competent and reliable employees who are
aware of the intent to sell, and can remain on staff to work/manage the
shop. I can also provide a list of names of people who could fill in or
work temporarily on an as needed basis (ie. holidays, weddings, prom,
